Sessions and availability

I offer both short term and longer, open-ended work, which might mean meeting over several weeks, months or years. Sessions usually take place weekly. I can combine face-to-face sessions with online or phone sessions if needed and I offer online sessions if you live outside of Brighton and Hove.

I offer sessions on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. I currently do not have any evening availability.

Fees

The standard cost per session is £60. I also offer a small number of reduced-fee sessions if you are a student, unemployed, or on a low income. Please get in touch if you would like to discuss this further. 

Each session lasts 50 minutes, including the initial session.

Location

I am based at Phoenix Therapy Practice and work from rooms at 2 Osmond Road, Hove, BN3 1TE (a partially accessible building with rooms on the ground floor), and 14 St George’s Place, Brighton, BN1 4GB (rooms are on the second and third floor with no lift access). Please let me know if you need any specific support to enable you to attend sessions.
